Delulu is a manifestation and journaling app for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional help, and it makes no guarantees about real-world outcomes. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live) to use Delulu.
Journal entries, scripts, and prompts you create are yours. By submitting prompts to create a manifestation, you grant us the limited right to process that text (and transmit it to our text-generation provider) solely to produce your result and operate the service. You're responsible for what you submit; don't submit unlawful content or others' personal information.
Delulu offers a free tier and an auto-renewing Premium subscription (e.g. weekly or annual, with an optional free trial). Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds follow Apple/Google policies. Prices may change with notice.
Don't misuse the service: no reverse-engineering, no attempting to extract API keys or overload the backend, no automated scraping, and no using Delulu to generate harmful or illegal content.
The app, brand, and design are ours. These terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks or to redistribute the app.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on app content. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
We may update the app or these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend or end access for violations.
